HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We hope that you love your HSB Labs order. We pride ourselves on having a no-nonsense return policy. It is important to us that you are happy with our HSB Labs purchase and that you are seeing some benefits to our treatments, for that reason:
After using our HSB Labs products and you have not experienced total satisfaction, any purchased HSB Labs products can be returned within 90 days for a full refund.


HSB Labs sells its products indirectly (through distributors) to retailers, we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any of our stockists. Should you wish to return a HSB Labs product, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer's return policy. We advise that you always keep your receipt and check the retailer's conditions for return. If you do not wish to keep a product ordered directly through HSB Labs, you may return new and unused items within 90 days of the date of receipt, using our no- nonsense 90-day satisfaction guarantee. HSB Labs will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. T&C’s (Original Postage Charges or return postage are not refundable) apply.


Items must be returned in their original condition if you change your mind. Please note that only products purchased from HSB Labs directly will be accepted for return.


If the products you received are damaged or faulty in any way or are different to your original order, we are happy to exchange the products. Please contact us via customerservice@hsblabs.com.au 


Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of our products.


I’ve Ordered the Wrong Product
Once an order is placed, we’re not able to make any changes to the items in the order, unfortunately. Once received you’re welcome to make a return with us using our 90-day no-nonsense satisfaction guarantee.


I Need to Cancel the Order I Just Placed
Once an order is placed and received by our warehouse, we’re unfortunately not able to cancel the order. Once your parcel is received, you’re more than welcome to make a return with us. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, refund

Warranty and Claims
HSB Labs products should be free from defects on delivery. If your HSB Labs product is defective, we will be happy to replace it free of charge.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send our team an email at customerservice@hsblabs.com.au

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
